Marcus brings 15 years of experience in security and operations, backed by a College Diploma in Business Management and Entrepreneurship. Since joining Iron Horse Security in 2023, Marcus has thrived in the fast-paced environment, where every day brings a new challenge, whether he’s supporting a community health centre, coordinating patrols, or refining procedures to help security guards perform at their best.
What Marcus enjoys most is turning chaos into order. He’s passionate about training teams on de-escalation and professional reporting, mentoring security guards, and building trust with clients. For Marcus, the reward comes in seeing safer sites, smoother operations, and satisfied clients.
