With more than a decade in sales and 5 years specializing in security services, Vinay Dhanrajani brings a client-first mindset and a strong background in business development to Iron Horse Security. Since joining in 2025, he has focused on helping organizations secure their people, property, and assets, always with an emphasis on delivering a personalized customer experience.
Vinay’s academic foundation includes a Master’s degree in Biotechnology, a Postgraduate Certification in International Business, and recognition from the International Institute of Business Analysis (IIBA). His unique blend of technical knowledge and business acumen allows him to understand complex client needs and provide tailored security solutions.
His advice for anyone pursuing a career in security is simple: start at the frontline. Spending time as a security guard not only builds character but also cultivates transferable skills, such as communication, customer service, and resilience; qualities that last a lifetime.
Outside of work, Vinay enjoys reading, hiking new trails, going for short runs, and picking up new skills whenever possible. He lives by the belief that continuous learning, no matter how small, compounds into lasting personal and professional growth.
