As part of our Quality Control Program, our Mobile Patrol Supervisors will conduct daily 24/7, random inspections, including weekends and holidays, on each of the sites to inspect our Guards’ conduct, deportment, and quality of service. These spot checks report any deficiencies to our Human Resources Department for corrective action. During these inspections, our Mobile team conducts a physical check of our guards and your facility.
Quality Control and Random Inspections
Iron Horse Security employs a team of Mobile Patrol Supervisors to act as frontline supervisors for all our guard staff members. They are an extension of management.
Their role within our organization is to ensure that our guards are performing their duties to the standards outlined by our clients, to act as mentors and examples for our regular guards to learn from, and to utilize their experience to aid with logistical and emergency needs on-site.
